  • What purpose is there in creating a solution capable of addressing issues for the masses, yet its pricing alienates the majority of potential users?
  • Our answer to both questions: None!
Pricing Structure
We charge handling and management fees without additional commitment or monthly service fees.
  • This grants you the flexibility to begin with a smaller scale and expand as needed.
  • The cost structure ensures satisfaction. Without a commitment fee, you can discontinue the service at any time; this reflects our confidence in the quality of service.
Handling Fee

We will handle documents for each of your transactions at the rate of 0.50 vTHB per transaction, regardless of the number of documents involved. While we have implemented reasonable limits on the number of documents, these restrictions should not affect common use cases.
Management Fee
Management
The management fee covers document storage, API access, and your-customer-facing services, with charges calculated based on the volume of documents. The pricing is established at 0.00034 vTHB per megabyte-day, where megabyte-day is derived from the combined size of all documents multiplied by time.

Q&A time

Why are the prices listed in vTHB?
Don't ask us; ask credit card companies. From our perspective, not labeling them as THB enables us to provide additional advantages to those utilizing Thailand's native payment facilities while abiding by the rules set by credit card companies.
What is the vTHB/THB conversion rate?
The conversion rate is about 1 THB ≈ 1 vTHB. The exact conversion rate will be shown on the top-up page; you can preview them without any payment obligation.
It is important to note that the value of vTHB is pegged to THB. In the event of any service fee adjustments, they will be directly applied to vTHB and not to the conversion rate.
Please explain megabyte-day.
  • It is a unit of usage derived from the total document size in megabytes multiplied by the duration in days.
  • One megabyte is equivalent to 1,048,576 bytes.
  • Any remaining fraction of a megabyte will be rounded up to the nearest megabyte unit.
  • Similarly, any remainder of a day will be rounded up to the nearest day unit.
  • The cut-off time of each day is at 00:00 GMT+7.
  • As a rounding illustration, if you utilize 999.25 megabytes of storage from 16:00 GMT+7, you will incur a charge of 0.34 vTHB the following day even if the last megabyte is not fully occupied and you only utilize it for eight hours.
How does VAT apply?
  • All prices mentioned exclude VAT.
  • However, we currently are not VAT-registered; we may be obligated to do so in the future.
  • So currently the price you have to pay is as seen.
  • You are eligible for a full VAT refund when your consumption VAT is less than the VAT you collected. (i.e., you run a profitable business)

Freebies for small businesses.
What is it?
Although our pricing is already friendly for small businesses, we want to offer additional support to help you establish the business. We will waive the following fees under certain conditions:
  • The handling fee for the first 50 transactions of each calendar month.
  • The management fee for the initial 3 gigabyte-days consumed each month.
What are the conditions, and is there a catch?
There is no feature limitation API-wise, but:
  • Only personal accounts are entitled to these quotas; business groups do not qualify for the free tier. Therefore, projects under a business group are not eligible for these waived fees.
  • To utilize the quotas, one must not have any outstanding service fees.
  • The eligible project must not have undergone any account or business group transfers since the beginning of the month.
  • Furthermore, a project is deemed eligible only if all of the company's digital certificates are utilized within a single project (e.g., no two or more projects utilizing the certificate of the same company).
